Welcome to the  Apprenticeship Workforce Development (AWD) programme survey. Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey that will enable The Education and Training Foundation (ETF), in partnership with the Association of Colleges (AoC), Association of Employment and Learning Providers (AELP), Strategic Development Network (SDN), University Vocational Awards Council (UVAC), and independent evaluation partner SQW, to understand your apprenticeship training needs.

Your responses will help shape and design the CPD and professional learning opportunities that will be offered through the Department for Education commissioned AWD programme to support the delivery of high quality apprenticeships over the next few years. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. There are no right or wrong answers.  Some questions are optional, but most are mandatory, and you will need to fill these in to complete the survey.  You are not obliged to give your name or email address.  We would however like to be able to contact you about the AWD training and development programme, and its design and evaluation, so we encourage you to give your contact details at the end of the survey.

The information you provide will be held securely on assured systems.  Survey responses will be anonymised prior to analysis. Your individual responses will not be shared with anyone, and no-one will be identifiable in our reports of survey findings. The data will be processed in accordance with ETF's Privacy Policy, and you have the right to request your data to be deleted at any time.
